Job description / Role
Our client, is now looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their Dubai Office, this position will be to assist the Group General Counsel in providing an internal legal function to the company.
This role includes providing legal advice as and when required, on issues such as contract tenders, client agreements and disputes as well as providing a legal administrative function and ensuring internal compliance with corporate governance.
Requirements
UK recognised Law Degree
5 to 10 years PQE
MUST be Western
Knowledge of Microsoft Office / PC skills
Excellent Verbal Communication
Time Management and multi-tasking
Facilitate negotiation and discussion
Previous experience of working for a practice or in-house legal department
