Employment: Full Time

My client is a multinational group business who operate within various business sectors. Having operations globally, their Dubai office is their Middle Eastern hub. At this time, they are seeking a qualified Corporate Commercial lawyer with around 3 - 5 years PQE to join their existing in-house legal team. Reporting into the Head of Legal, this role will act as a more senior addition to the current team. Work will include: General corporate company advisory work, reviewing and drafting of contracts, corporate governance, legal compliance, employment law matters, any arises disputes and ad hoc transactional work.

Requirements

3-5 Years PQE
Qualification and experienced gained within either of the following jurisdictions: UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand.
Candidates must have good corporate commercial experience, and have worked either in-house or within a law firm dealing and advising on corporate commercial matters.
Experience within another Legal Counsel position will be advantageous although not essential.
