Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading UAE bank who is looking to hire an experienced Senior Legal Manager to assist in the management of the banks legal function.
With two Legal Managers reporting to you, you will ensure that the banks interests are protected from a legal stand point by providing legal opinions and advisory services to the Corporate and Investment Banking Group. You will also draft and review legal documentation and negotiate all types of contracts relating to corporate, banking and finance matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be UK/US qualified with at least 3 years post qualification experience and should be registered with either the US or UK Bar Council. You should have previous banking and finance experience alongside excellent team management skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have either a familiarity to the region or have worked in this region / dealt with clients or handled jobs related to this region.
