This well-established property developer has built a sizeable portfolio of developments in the GCC. With an ever growing business fuelled by economic growth, they require a talented and ambitious Real Estate Lawyer who has specific experience within retail and shopping malls.

You will be working on a wide range of matters across the whole of the UAE, with a main focus on retail related work along with general real estate and advisory matters.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have previously participated in cross-border and local projects focused on long-term cooperation between foreign investors and local partners though the establishment and operation of joint ventures and holdings. Our client is specifically seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) female lawyer with at three 3 years PQE.
