Legal Counsel (Dubai)

We are currently recruiting for a large multinational group in Dubai, who are looking for a corporate commercial lawyer. The role is a Legal Counsel and responsibilities will include a range of corporate and commercial legal work including reviewing and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements (inclusive of JV, franchise, distribution, sales and so on); incorporation of new entities in the region; general corporate advisory, compliance; employment law matters and generally supporting the different business units with day to day legal advice. The role will report to the regional head of legal.

Requirements

- 4-8 years experience of working within Corporate/Commercial law
- Law Degree from a reputable University
- Qualified/Admitted to home country bar
- Experience of working within a reputable law firm or other international business.
- GCC experience is essential (UAE preferred)
