The RoleThe RoleTo assist General Counsel in contract drafting and preparation of legal documents. To assist General Counsel in providing legal support and advice to all departments. To establish, maintain and manage relationship within regulators and government. Officials. Monitoring regulatory issues Updating key regulatory issues Identifying and recommending loopholes in dealing with relevant regulations Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial contracts Data management update Conducting legal research Preparing and maintaining corporate legal documents and approvals IP filings and registrations Identifying potential IP disputes and dealing with the disputes |
RequirementsRequirementsHaving a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, broadcasting and media related laws, employment law and intellectual property law. Fluency in written and spoken English. Word processing skills. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Law Years of Experience: 5 years in related fields |
