Job description / Role
Objectives: to be the lead counsel in different types of transactions referred to our Firm by our clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Draft and review different types of agreements.
- Negotiation (of legal nature).
- Assist and guide clients to take the right decisions based on a clear vision of all legal matters involved.
Reporting to: Managing partners
Number required: 1
Duration: one year
Requirements
- University education.
- Distinguished experience (not necessarily long).
- Team work.
- Good knowledge in corporate transaction.
- Good knowledge with PC and its essential applications.
- Great Communication skills.
