Job description / Role
Our client, a well known property development company is looking for a senior lawyer to join its in house legal team.
Responsibilities:
Handling and managing numerous construction and commercial litigation cases, you will be required to liaise with Dubai courts and external counsels on litigation matters both in Arabic and English.
Providing advice and updates to internal stakeholders and working closely with the legal team on litigation and corporate/commercial matters.
Working as part of a tight knit team, you will be highly efficient and capable of taking ownership of matters and making decisions on behalf of the company.
Requirements
At least 5 years' PQE
Already be based in UAE
Bi-lingual in Arabic and English
Experienced in litigation
Preference for candidates with experience in construction and real estate litigation
