The RoleThe RoleThe appointee will: - Most likely be working with billion dollar infrastructure development projects - Have had a background in either investment banking or commercial real estate - Be a qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa or the US); - A working knowledge of Islamic Banking Industry would be desirable Personality: - The successful appointee will be expected to be very much a “hands on” lawyer and at the same time will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial nature allied to a “can do” mentality. - The appointee will need to be most comfortable working within a fluid multi-cultural environment and will embrace taking responsibility and ownership of assignments varying widely in terms of content and complexity. |
RequirementsRequirementsIt is anticipated that the ideal candidate will be a mid-level Corporate Lawyer ideally with solid years’ PQE (or UK equivalent) with strong academics, training and experience. Languages: The appointee will not require Arabic language skills. |
