Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role requires thorough maintenance of legal files and records, as well as proof-reading these legal documents. The individual will also be required to provide secretarial assistance and conduct legal research as and when required by the manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce correspondence (including e-mail), reports and other documents
- Support legal team in arranging internal and external meetings.
- Produce high quality presentations for the legal team
- Document handling/archiving (including e-filing)
- Serves as liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to the managers or projects work.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Responsible in arranging hotel and air tickets for business travel of the legal team.
- Responsible in processing the travel requisition for travel expenses and allowances.
- Support Legal Team in managing local expenses including corporate credit card and expense claim forms

Requirements

- Diploma or University Degree
- Minimum of 5 years as a Legal EA, either in house or with a firm
- Oral and written communication ,acute attention to details / thoroughness
- Process driven , excellent organizational skills
- Analytical Thinking ,Initiative ,Business Understanding
- Flexibility - working outside core office hours maybe required
- Building collaborative relationship, technical capacity and good IT skills
- Organized, time management, ethical conduct/confidentiality
