Legal Executive Assistant - Up to AED 21,000
Our client a multinational law firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and team of Associates
You will be responsible for the following:
- Filtering calls and taking messages
- Organising schedules and transportation
- Managing meetings and and client lunches
- Typing, editing and formatting legal documents
- Managing invoices and expenses
- Entering time sheets
- Opening clients files
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Managing Partner in a multinational law firm. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Your translation skills will be of a very high level as will your MS Office skills.
Candidates should be discreet, adaptable, able to work under pressure and be highly presentable.
