The RoleThe RoleOur client, a large retail group, is looking for a Legal Manager for its operations. The job incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Head -Legal in developing strategies and supervising the progress for all Group Companies. The role will involve documentation and drafting of pleadings, affidavits, replies, contracts, Power of Attorneys and other related legal documents. This role will be responsible for advising all departments on day to day legal matters and on legal implications of any proposed new activity. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuitable candidates should have at least 10 years of experience as a Legal manager in the GCC region. Good communication skills coupled with high level of maturity are pre-requisites for this role. Candidates with a company secretary qualification will be preferred. |
