Job Description Our client, a leading local group is seeking a Legal Manager for their properties division
You will be reporting directly to the VP of Group Legal

Key Accountabilities include:

Draft, advise, review and negotiate core business agreements mainly related to the property development and real estate related projects

Provide legal opinion to management and various departments related to disputes, claims and potential court cases.

Represent and defend all leasing cases at Dubai leasing committee

Draft all legal documents for new companies set up including memorandum of Association, Service Agent agreement

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum 8 years of commercial, civil, property development, construction and real estate law

Bachelor's Degree in Law essential, Masters preferable

Experience in the UAE

An ability to give legal opinion and advice to board level
