Job description / Role
In-charge of contract relating to property development division
Explaining the contract to investors on a daily basis
Liaising with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation
Requirements
Minimum 3 years legal experience
Law degree is a must
Fluency in written and spoken English
Can deal with clients face to face
Confident
Trustworthy
Excellent attention to detail
Hard working
Excellent communication skills
