The Role

The legal officer must be experienced in the drafting and negotiation of multi-billion Riyal contracts with major contractors.

Ideally should be able to advise on matters such as property, sales agreements, insurance and agreements with authorities.

Requirements


Requirements

In-depth understanding of Sharia Law and Saudi Government contracts and procurement law.
Whilst ensuring that both Ministry of Housing procurement and contracting activities are compliant, must have task focus developing innovative ways to deliver projects within the legal framework, including alternate delivery methods.
10 years experience (previous in Saudi Arabia is preferable)
Bachelors degree

Salary:
50,000 SAR
