Legal PA - Litigation

Job description / Role

A leading international law firm with offices located in major financial centers around the world, is currently seeking a PA for the Litigation team. The organization has helped shape the globalization of the legal profession for decades and their worldwide practice has a proven track record for innovation and providing work of the highest quality to meet the needs of their domestic and international clients.

The team rely heavily on their PA for support with printing, scanning, etc. but the role is becoming more of a traditional LPA role. It will be supporting a partner, x6 associates and a paralegal. The role can become very challenging during a hearing and the successful applicant must be prepared to roll their sleeves up and pitch in. This role would suit a team orientated individual just starting on their career ladder, who is willing to work hard and progress within the business.

Additional duties involve diary management, organising national and international travel arrangements as well as general administration duties. Friendly work environment and a wonderful opportunity to work with dynamic professionals awaits the right candidate.

Requirements

Applications are invited from those with a strong attention to detail, especially when under pressure. Must have a good understanding of standard legal procedures, possess integrity and confidentiality and have good IT skills. Audio typing/copy typing skills and the ability to think on ones feet.
