Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international legal practice. Our client is looking to hire an extremely professional, experienced and corporate Legal Personal Assistant to join their Qatar team for a 2 month temporary contract.
As part of the team you will work alongside Senior Partners and Fee Earners assisting with legal documentation, diary management as well as presentations, administration and research. Additionally you will coordinate case documentation, organise meetings and handle event management for the company.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Western educated and trained with an excellent typing speed, strong computer skills and English as a first language. You should possess the capacity to function independently and work in a highly professional and corporate team along with the ability to interface directly with clients.
It is essential you are meticulous, self-motivated and deadline driven as well as a friendly, bright and intelligent individual. Previous experience in the legal field is preferred. It is essential you already have a Residency Permit in Qatar (Husband or Fathers).
