The RoleThe RoleLeading UK Law Firm is looking for a professional, hardworking and immaculate receptionist. What we need is someone who understands the job of a receptionist and is passionate about their work, no job too big or too small! Full reception duties will be covered from looking after all the footfall, including international clients and all one’s own Partners to taking calls, booking conference rooms, general administrative tasks and dealing with couriers and taxis. Knowledge of room bookings/MS Outlook would be an advantage as would previous work experience from using a busy switchboard. Previous reception experience is key – ideally from local establishments or with overseas professional services experience, however cabin crew can apply. |
