Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant - Bahrain - Leading Financial Institution

A globally known financial institution is seeking a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join their offices in Bahrain. The organisation is looking for a dynamic, meticulous and experienced professional to assist in their office.

The role involves assisting in drafting meeting minutes, managing and maintaining schedules, support other departments requirements and arranging and scheduling meetings, among others.

Requirements

- Have knowledge in office administration
- Possess problem solving and communication skills
- Be computer literate
- Have the ability to interact with other departments
- Be able to work in a team
- Have a minimum 2 years experience
