Legal Secretary - Corporate
Our client, one of the largest law offices, is recruiting for a legal secretary for their offices based in Dubai.
This position is open to highly experienced legal secretaries with a minimum of 2 years' experience within an international legal firm.
The candidate must possess the ability to work autonomously, off their own initiative and be an excellent communicator.
Role Responsibilities:
* Diary and travel management for partners and associates
* Electronic filing, faxing and other administrative duties
* Liaising with solicitors and clients via email and telephone
* Legal research and correspondence
* Amending and formatting legal documents
* Billing, invoicing and collections
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience:
* 2 years experience in the corporate or finance department of an international firm
* Well developed and sophisticated organization, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage relations at various levels within and outside an organization
* Proactive, innovative and results-oriented work orientation
* Commitment to perform responsibilities with high professional and ethical standards
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word packages.
