Employment: Full Time

My client is a globally diversified investment institution that is owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi. They manage a substantial global investment portfolio, which is highly diversified across more than two-dozen asset classes and sub-categories, including quoted equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, alternatives and infrastructure. My client prides themselves on the quality of their employees and high standards of service. Due to ongoing expansion in the UAE they are looking for a Legal Secretary to support their extremely busy legal team.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the primary job responsibility is to support the senior legal advisors by controlling all administrative processes, arranging meetings and events, and coordinating office support services. This will include drafting correspondence, meeting minutes and translating.

Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will be female and have a background in support within a legal department or legal firm. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and written. Candidates should have the ability to work autonomously, be highly organized and flexible. You should be comfortable with communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
