Employment: Full Time

Salary between 12,000 and 14,000 QAR depending on experience

Purpose of Role:
To provide reception, secretarial and administrative services for one or more fee-earners. Performs a range of administrative and secretarial duties.

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and take messages when required. Forwarding messages in a timely manner.
- Accurately type amended agreements and correspondence by the fee-earner. Checks own work for correct use of punctuation and grammar.
- Composes types and sends out letter / e-mails with the approval of the fee-earner if client related.
- Maintains the diary, arrange appointments, meetings and travel as directed by the fee-earner.
- Prepares and assembles bibles or documents for client meetings.
- Performs a variety of administrative routines and ad-hoc work within the general guidelines, as directed by the fee-earner.
- Creates and maintains effective filing systems where the information could be of a highly sensitive/confidential nature.
- Assist fee-earners in entering their time accurately and timely in Carpe Diem.
- Coordinating with Accounts and fee-earners in sending invoices to clients by drafting cover letters and ensuring invoices are billed correctly and sending to the clients.
- General day-to-day secretarial duties.
- Will be based full time on reception

Requirements

At least 2 years as a Secretary, preferably with a legal background. Legal experience a definite advantage.
