Employment: Full Time

My client, an international law with offices over the GCC, are looking for a legal secretary to join their Dubai office.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and amending documentation
- Digital dictation
- Audio and copy typing various correspondence
- Carrying out various property searches
- Answering telephone calls
- General administration

Requirements

- Previous legal experience or equivalent (preferably law firms)
- Strong IT skills (outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Fast accurate typing speed (65 wpm)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Impeccable attention to detail.
