Legal Secretary - Dubai - Top International Law Firm

A top law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Dubai offices. The firm is looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join their midst. Experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential.

Some of the duties include:
- Audio typing
- Typing, analyzing , amending and proofing documents
- Drafting legal documents
- Conflict checks
- Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Taking and transcribing oral dictation of notes, memos and legal documents

Requirements

- Have experience working in a similar position at a law firm
- Be highly organised with adept organisational skills
- Have excellent touch typing skills
- Be a team player
- Faultless written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work under high pressure situations
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Outlook etc.

Preference will be given to candidates that can start immediately.
