The RoleThe RoleWith continued growth in its Abu Dhabi office, this international practice is in need of a corporate commercial lawyer. With at least four year’s PQE gained in a leading law practice and expertise gained in the UAE, you will work closely with Partners across global offices on a variety of blue-chip clientele. Liaising with government entities and drafting agreements in English and Arabic would be highly desirable. |
RequirementsRequirements• A qualification gained in a common law jurisdiction; the UK, US or Australia are preferred • A minimum of four years’ PQE; UAE experience is a must • Excellent knowledge of corporate commercial law with an emphasis on MOUs, JVs and M&As • Excellent drafting skills in English; Arabic would be advantageous Please apply if you have experience in a reputable law practice, have UAE experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. |
