Overview
With steady growth in its Abu Dhabi office, this law firm is in need of a bilingual lawyer for its corporate practice.

The Role
With at least six years’ PQE, three of which will have been gained in the UAE, you will work closely with the Partners across a variety of regional and international clientele. Liaising with government entities and drafting agreements in English and Arabic will be central to this position.

Requirements

The Person
• A law qualification gained in a civil jurisdiction
• A minimum of six years’ PQE; UAE experience is a must
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law with an emphasis on MOUs, JVs and M&As
• Excellent drafting skills in English and Arabic
