Job description / Role
- Provide general Corporate Governance Advisory services to the Sector
- Provide general advices/recommendations and maintain relationship between STC and its subsidiaries.
- Provide advice/recommendation and maintain relationship between the company's nominated Board members in its Subsidiaries
- Maintain best practice for Subsidiary Management
- Assist the company for appointing/removing Board Members in its Subsidiary entities
- Apply policy and procedure in providing guidance and support to colleagues and company's subsidiaries
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree (in business, commerce, finance or law) and experience in Corporate Governance Practice
- Preference will be given to those who are having Professional Training/Certificates in Corporate Governance and Practical experience as Board/Corporate Secretary
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in policies and Procedures
