Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

G4S is currently looking for a Liaison Officer for the Cash Services Division based in the U.A.E. The successful candidate will be main liaison with the law enforcement and will be responsible in handling concerns relating to security operations.

The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Ensure all procedures and processes relating to the Security operation are implemented.
Liaise with the police regarding site and event security and any specific Law Enforcement Operations that may be undertaken.
Conduct inspections and ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Inspection of CVIT Vehicles on daily basis.
Delivery of passports to staff proceeding on leave at airport.
Liaison with Police during any accident to act as an Emergency Relief Officer.
Improve operational efficiency and development.
Responsible for discipline of all operational staff and functions of Cash and Valuable In Transit.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the task schedules and assignment instructions are followed according to company policies/procedure.
Correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport and all equipment issued by the company.
Perform all tasks set forth by safety regulations, and cooperate with the company to ensure a working environment and conditions that do not pose any risks in terms of health and safety.
Submission of reports on daily basis to Head of Security for any breach of policy/procedures during inspections.
Perform any other admin duty.

Requirements

UAE National.
Diploma in any field from a reputable institute.
Experience and relevant certifications in Internal Security.
Advanced English Reading & Writing skills.
Advanced electronic equipment and operation skills.
Able to work flexible hours and be on call continuously.
