The RoleThe RoleSet standards and guidelines aligned with all relevant and applicable policies for the licensing of private schools; draft license processes, ensure licensing and program accreditation teams work together, coordinate licensing standards and guidelines between schools, further and higher education, and recertify existing institutions. Develop and maintain database of private schools; oversee the school improvement process for underperforming schools and suggest amendments in line with international best practice to drive quality standards in line with the organization's policies and plans. |
RequirementsRequirementsStrong educational background required in teaching, school leadership and inspection. Minimum bachelor degree in education with further training in school inspection, 10+ years experience in school leadership and school inspection. Knowledge of school inspection systems in key benchmark countries. Strong and demonstrable track record of success in school improvement. |
