Licensing and Design Coordinator
Salary: up to AED 12,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai

Our client is a leader in raising funds for humanitarian aid throughout the region and Globally.
Their influence in attracting high profile people into their programs are impressive with outstanding results for more than 5 years.

An exciting role has come up in their Licensing and design department which includes a combination of administrative duties and a variety of projects.

They are seeking a Licensing Resources Coordinator and Design Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Editing, manipulating, and retouching celebrities’ artworks and creating the artwork templates to load onto the FTP in order to be ready for diverse products.
• Creating and editing different marketing materials for promotions such as banners, displays and posters for printing and online purposes.
• Developing graphic materials for events and logistics.
• Monitoring and editing artwork PDFs for the organization site, including editing names and images.
• Designing and updating new online resource platforms for use by licensees, distributors, retailers, and agencies.
• Maintaining and amending the different versions of the online Licensable Leaders e-brochure and All Leaders e-brochure as well as the physical print ready artwork brochures.
• Manage and create presentations and catalogues in accordance with Style Guide.
- Maintaining and amending the International versions of the Style Guide only in accordance with instructions from the Licensing Brand Directors (LBDs).
- Evaluating and monitoring folders and documents on the FTP space.
- Updating the website
• Giving support and advice on design resource matters to LBDs.
• Manage and update social media stories e.g. Facebook, Twitter including responding to queries.
• Managing images relating to the product and marketing presentations on the Licensing Resources Platform.
• Ensuring that the Licensing Resources Platform and Press Platform are always up to date.
• Photograph all pre-production and production samples in a professional manner, supplying photographs to licensees, licensing agencies, and distributors both directly and within the related Licensing Resources Platform as well as supplying these when needed to the LBDs.
• Design and coordination of printing of all marketing materials e.g. posters, banners, flyers where required for events, trade fairs and in-store promotions.
- Updating presentations (on the Licensing Resources Platform).
- Creating/updating maps for presentations.
- Creating Artwork replicas for exhibitions.
• Checking licensing agencies, licensees and all distributors’ websites – to see if anything breaches the Style Guide or Licensing Leaders List comments.
• Updating social media with new press articles.
• Checking/updating all the data figures on the licensing resources platform on a regular basis.
• Ensuring that web software and related plugins on websites are up to date to help minimize security issues.
Providing administrative support to the team members

Requirements

• Microsoft office tools
• CS5 Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• CS5 Dreamweaver
• WordPress and WordPress plugins
• Knowledge of FTP software
• Knowledge of web design
• QuarkXPress 8 (preferable, but would accept InDesign)
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of using Facebook and Twitter
• Basic knowledge of using edit.freemap
