The RoleThe RoleOn behalf of our client, a lifestyle management group, we are urgently looking for an Arabic Speaking Lifestyle Manager / Account Manager to join their international customer service team in Dubai. This position is responsible for responding and resolving VIP clients' enquiries and variety of requests online. These requests are predominantly leisure-related. The Lifestyle Manager will then be involved in researching and arranging for travel bookings, restaurant bookings, club bookings, health and beauty requests, gift ideas, sports, theater tickets. He/she will also be responsible for handling all international requests incoming requests and enquiries from our clients 60 other offices worldwide relating specifically to UAE region. Thus, a good knowledge in Dubai is essential. The position is phone and email intensive and extensive, but it also requires occasional meetings with clients. The role requires: A broad skill set from creative problem solving Outstanding organization and efficiency The ability to work as a team The ability to remain calm under pressure The ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines Demonstration of responsibility and maturity Ownership for the work completed |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate must: Exhibit excellent client empathy Be proficient at written & oral communication and possess an excellent telephone manner Know the client base and anticipate their needs Be extremely proactive Have great attention to detail Be creative Use own initiative - essential in delivering quality service Have a good attitude Be reliable - excellent time keeping is crucial to this role Effectively manage requests from initiation to completion project management is key Contractual hours are from 2:00pm to 23:00pm Tuesday to Saturday. However, often it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role different or additional hours may be necessary. |
