Job description / Role
Our client is a global multinational company who are renowned in the design consultancy industry. They are now seeking to appoint a Litigation lawyer to work in their Middle East office. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for dealing with legal matters such as; giving in-house legal advice when supporting business units and departments, project related legal work, liaising with external counsel on various areas of law including litigation/dispute resolution matters. The role will involve handling a broad range of commercial and corporate work including shareholder agreements, JVs, M&A and establishing companies and subsidiaries in the region.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a Law degree from a reputable university.
Excellent English skills, Fluency in Arabic, French is preferable.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience of working within litigation/dispute resolution
Experience of working within the Middle East will preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates already working in the UAE or within the GCC will be favoured.
