Job description / Role
Our client, a leading litigator in the UAE, is seeking a Bilingual - Arabic/English Lawyer or UAE National to join their successful team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High level of communication and relationship building
- Knows how to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines
- Works within a strong team environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the UAE and be educated to degree level in Law at the minimum
- Strong Civil/Criminal litigation experience
- Experience in advising on disputes and dispute resolution
- Confident at putting forward alternative arguments for discussion, excellent negotiation skills, drafting and litigation.
- Prior Legal Practice experience is essential.
