Job description / Role
- Responsible for the back-office business of corporate banking including loan drawdown, rollover, principal repayment and interest servicing, opening customer account and time/fixed deposit etc.
- Responsible for the back-office business of Treasury department including foreign exchange, money market and bond trade transactions input, interest servicing etc,
- Answer the customers inquiries related to settlements,
- Monitoring and reconciling nostro positions for all currencies with the traders with consolidation of daily USD cash-flow positions for Treasury Department funding purposes.
- Responsible for sending SWIFT messages to enquiry and answer questions related to settlements,
- Reconciling of monthly brokerage fees with brokers statements/invoices.
- Reconciling of monthly securities holdings with custodians and processing of custody fee payments.
Requirements
At least 5 years work experience (inclusive) on the international banking business, familiar with clearing system of UAE and back-office operations of Corporate and Treasury. Proficient oral and written English.
