The RoleThe RoleAre you an experienced Warehouse and Distribution Manager with proven leadership skills? Then you might be THE One we’re looking for to take our Local Distribution Centres in Kuwait (3,000sqm) and Bahrain (2,000sqm) to the next level! While successfully managing both LDCs from your base in Kuwait, you will need to be proactive and innovative in order to develop both our teams’ Delivery and Assembly, Customer Service and Warehousing Operations functions. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • A minimum 3 years’ Warehouse Management experience. • The ability to motivate and lead a team, while creating a positive and mutually supportive working environment. • Experience in shift planning, receipt of imports, accurate management of stock levels and efficient storage space utilisation. • Fluency in both spoken and written English. • A valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License. • The flexibility to travel to Bahrain as and when required in addition to working on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evening shifts. • Negotiating and problem solving skills. • In-depth knowledge of retail systems and processes, coupled with the desire to surpass customer expectations.
