Job description / Role
- Check daily on requisitions and schedule purchases.
- Understand the technical specifications of the requirement of Parts, coordinate with requested Department/Suppliers.
- Carry out comparative quotes as required.
- Responsible for local purchase of of non-franchise, sub-contract, consumables and other items from approved suppliers/Credit parties.
- Responsible for handling cash to carry out purchases & settle purchases on a weekly basis with Accounts Department.
- Responsible for purchase of petrol as required.
- Coordinate for preparation of Store Received Voucher (SRV)/Local Purchase Order (LPO) and settle payment related issues with the Supplier.
- Coordinate for transfer of parts to various work locations based on the request.
Requirements
- Young, energetic, multi-tasked
- 3-5 years experience in related field
- Age 29-32 years
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized Institute
- Knowledge of different Automobile Suppliers and Subcontractor's locations
- Must be computer literate, knowledge of Data Management software
- Excellent written & communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Transferable work visa
- Valid Kuwait driver's license
