Logistic Manager

Job description / Role

1. Running daily operations, logistics, customer service
2. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly warehouse report
3. Ensure on time deliveries
4. Maintain daily/monthly stock report
5. On time update to daily/weekly/monthly incoming & out going products
6. Follow with logistic provider on deliveries and update it in WMS on time
7. Help and assist logistics required for company events
8. Forecast of stock required as well as Merchandise requests depends on Networkers demand
9. Lease with local and HQ NSG for networkers inquires/complaints and delivery completion
10. Keep up to date record of incoming and outgoing shipments
11. Proficient in use of WMS software
12. Work in the field of Imports & have a good knowledge regarding freight forwarding and customs issues.
13. Coordinating with all the Shipping Line, Ports & Overseas offices worldwide to speed delivery and decrease the shipping cost
14. Selection of shipping agents & forwarders at different destinations for SEA, AIR & LAND shipments.
15. Coordinating shipments with forwarders at one end and networkers on the other hand until the final delivery of the same.
16. Maintaining database of buyers, suppliers, transporters.
17. Handling customer queries with regards to shipment bookings and tracking.
18. Monitoring customer related activities/problems & resolving all problems related their cargo.

Requirements

1- Min 5 years total experience
2- Logistics/ courier company’s back ground
3- Having experience in distribution companies/ Warehouse
4- Self motivated, strategic planning, Leadership skills, customer oriented, Proficient in use of MS Office
5- Risk management, work under stress, forecasting and coaling

• Bachelor degree in commerce
• Arab Language and experience in Gulf is preferable
