Employment: Full Time

Position Overview:

Candidate is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics support, property accountability, vehicle/equipment maintenance, transportation/convoy operations, and supervision of Saudi Operations. Reports to Program Manager and works closely with Staff for support.

Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct the Maintenance Section, Transportation Section, Property Section, Warehouse Operations.

Establish and maintain a working relationship with key government customers, operation and section managers, and other key personnel working on the Program.

Special emphasis on the Meet and Greet operations in Saudi and in particular with client travel arrangements.

Provide Program Manager with site situation reports covering status of all areas of section.

Order supplies, maintain inventory and coordinate deliveries as needed.

Prepare various reports including maintenance report, transportation schedule, and property reports as required.

Design and implement proactive inspection and maintenance schedules for vehicles, generators, and other areas within section or at depot locations.

Manage and account for the government furnished equipment that is received or purchased by Parsons and that Parsons issues to the site contractors.

Actively supervise local subcontractors for services rendered.

Proactively communicate with Safety Manager, Security Personnel and other key staff members to comply with Parsons policies.

Requirements

Skills/Competencies:

Must possess good organizational and personnel/customer relation skills. Flexibility to work on various issues that arise and be able to prioritize said issues. Logistical experience with respect to procurement and movement of personnel, goods and services is key.

• 3-5 years experience:
• Supervise Logistical Support Managers and personnel in the field, while reporting to the Program Manager.
• Oversight and direction of a large and diverse workforce, contract administration, program finance, recruiting, procurement, property accountability and administration, equipment maintenance, information technology and communication, and overall administrative management of diverse functional areas.
• Establish goals and objectives to meet overall program objectives.
• Identify and ensured adequate and appropriate resources were available to execute assigned Task Orders.
• Responsible for implementing contractual modifications, reporting on the performance of the program and ensuring that the customer requirements were met in a timely manner.
