Job description / Role

Key Accountabilites for this role includes:
* Should have in depth knowledge of GCC Import / Export regulations and UAE FreeZone rules.
* Should have hands on experience in the Shipping Documentation of Import & export shipments
* Experiencein Freight Management and cost control & saving
* Must have experience in Customs clearances and should handle the Customs DutyExemption process wherever applicable
* Should have knowledge in LC - Letter of Credit Documentation
* Maintain the Procurement register of Import materials status (Project wise)
* Knowledgein warehousing & stores
* Nominate & Assess various logistics service providers to ensure the services rendered by them are best & competitive
* Processingthe CDR - customs duty recurringpayments & Logistics Invoicespertains to the division
* Closely co-ordinate with project & service teams for Transportation, site deliveries & Handling equipment requirements
* Experiencein the supervision and management of the Total Logistics needs of the divisions operations in UAE, KSA & Egypt and be capable to liaise withPrincipals, Foreign Vendors, Service providers, Dubai Chambers &Customs and with the customers.
* Should have knowledge in Supervision of Vehicle & Office administration,travel arrangements
Requirements
* Bachelor in Commerce and Diploma in Logistics / Export-Import
* Communication skills
* Minimum 3-4 yrs in Engineering Company; should have gulf Experience
* Excellent Knowledge in SAP
* Leadership skills
* Stress-management ability
