Job description / Role
Our client is one of the world's leading construction contractors with over 10,000 employees and a global footprint. They are in need of a logistics coordinator for the Riyadh Metro Project.
Duties:
-Reports to TUP Manager
-Coordinate deliveries between sites.
-Performs a variety of activities (may be technical in nature) in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services.
-Work may include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information and/or recommendations regarding function specific policies; tracking of processes & activities.
-Create & develop innovative ways of streamlining the operations processes wherever possible within the guidelines of customer requirements & team goals.
-Provide support to other Logistics Teams as needed & interact with other departments to respond to their needs.
-Knowledge of all modes of transportation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Communications skills - interpersonal, verbal, written, telephone
-Previous experience in fast-paced environment.
-Ability to function in a team-based environment.
-Close attention to detail.
-Numerate and logical thinker.
-Customer service/interaction skills & experience.
-Organizational skills; ability to organize & prioritize workload & document / maintain a variety of records.
-Previous GCC experience preferred
