The Role


The Role

Purpose of the job:

The successful applicant is responsible for maintaining proper records and documents from vendors and coordination with the forwarders for tracking of invoices.

Key Objectives:

By coordinating and working closely with the Logistics team, the job holder will fulfill the need of the division in terms of proper tracking of invoices and allocation of the products as well as achieving targets set by the management.

Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for:
* Maintain records of original documents received from the vendors.
* Archiving
* Liaising with forwarders in regards to clearances
* Checking with forwarders for freight invoices.
* Pop distribution.
* Checking of freight invoices with agreed tariff master.
* Daily Cycle Count

Qualifications
• Experience, Education and Licensure

* University education is mandatory
* The candidate shall be presentable and possess a professional attitude
* At least 2 years of experience in warehousing
* Knowledge of UAE custom procedures and documentation
* Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
* Strong quantitative background with an excellent understanding of the issues and processes required to deliver high quality results.

Language Skills:
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from sales and customers.
* Ability to effectively present information to top management
* Speaking Arabic is an advantage (Because He or she will communicate with Jordan office)
