Logistics Coordinator
Your tasks:
- responsibility for all shipping and logistics according to company policies
- negotiating shipping agreements
- responsibility for planning, execution and verifying orders for packing and maintenance supplies
- dealing with customs (data, documents, declarations, duty etc.)
- responsibility for truck loading
- SAP data input and report creation
- packing lists and invoice updates

Requirements
Your profile:
- finished apprenticeship as forwarding merchant or industrial clerk
- some professional experience in logistics export
- very good English skills
- familiar with SAP and MS Office
- extensive knowledge of customs, transport and export compliance laws and regulations
- preferred logistics software knowledge (AEB ATC: EE)
- proactive, self- motivated (with a minimum of supervision) and a team player
