Job description / Role
Our client is a well reputed and well established industrial chemicals trading company based and we are recruiting a Logistics Executive for their expanding team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Booking containers for road, sea and air transport to ensure the smooth delivery to clients and receipt of items into the warehouse.
- Dealing with airfreight, sea freight and road transportation agents to ensure the relevant documentation is in place for dispatch, delivery and transportation.
- Dealing with import and export documentation.
- Conducting inventory checks to ensure that the stock is available and accounted for.
Requirements
- Diploma
- 3 - 4 years experience as a logistics coordinator or logistics executive in a freight forwarding company preferably within the industrial chemical trading industry.
- Good use of Excel.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
- Living in Dubai.
