USD 65,000 per annum
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Our Client, one of the world's leading luxury goods company, with particular strengths in premium jewellery and watches - is currently looking for a Saudi national to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the necessary legal & Group’s compliance is met with at all times during clearance & transportation of all company’s products.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with and monitor KPIs of the appointed clearing agents in Saudi Arabia for all company’s brands
• Obtain, negotiate special approvals from customs, government authorities to improve the supply chain of company’s products into Saudi Arabia
• Establish company’s goodwill with Saudi Customs
• Ensure high quality of service to brands for all movements
• Coordinate with the clearing agents for prompt clearance of company’s shipment on their arrival in Saudi Arabia
• Responsible for implementation of Group Directives on supply chain compliance
• Be the Saudi supply chain point of contact with Dubai for communication regarding local rules, specific operations, reporting incidents, etc..
• Be constantly aware of the changes/developments in Saudi customs
• If required, source & appoint key providers to support the efficiency of the supply chain.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years related experience in 3PL logistics field in Saudi Arabia
• Good English and Arabic communication skills. Knowledge of French would be an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
