The RoleThe Role- Drives MO Logistics performance, analyses and improves KPI‘s - Optimizes logistics costs and ensures productivity - Implements and drives Service Policy (LoS, CPO, ICOS/CUSAT) - Responsible for Demand Planning and Forcasting Management - Actively controls and optimizes Product Range Inventory Management: incl. Obsolescense, DoH/MoH/ ICLa, Stock accuracy, Shortage Management, Stock Taking, etc. - Ensures optimization of Warehouseing In- and Outbound Processes as well as customs processes - Drives and develops logistics processes in the organization - Responsible for results and continuous improvement process - Recruit and Develop top quality team members for future growth and opportunities and to maintain stability within organization structure based on Hilti standards - Motivate Logistics personnel to achieve high performance goals by implementing correct training, coaching and incentives - Benchmark, make gap analysis’ and action plans inline with other MO’s |
RequirementsRequirements- University degree (preferably MA) - English fluent written and spoken - 3-5 years Logistics experience in a highly customer and process oriented environment Strong analytical skills and capable to propose creative solutions - IT literacy and ability to handle processes and electronic data - Drives improvement and process excellence - Ability to work in a team and communicate with people at different levels - Strong interpersonal and change management skills - Able to convince, negotiate, drive, challenge,sell, coach and conduct trainings on system and processes - Result oriented, proactive, dynamic and highly flexible - Arabic speaking advantage |
