Logistics Manager - Dubai

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a multi national manufacturing organization in Dubai that manufactures telecom and power products.

Reporting to the GM this is a very hands on role, and this is a stand alone role.

- Liaising with freight shipping agents
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Customs management
- Liaising with finance and sales in regards to knowing what needs to be shipped where
- This role is working and reporting on ERP
- Managing outbound and inbound freight
- Attending management meetings
- Managing the ifs distribution model
- Report writing in ERP
- Liaising with procurement
- Liaising with the manufacturing site overseas
- Hours of work 9 - 5

Requirements

- Candidates must have knowledge of ERP
- You will be able to report right in ERP
- 7 years logistics experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in shipping and freight internally not a provider
- Degree in equivalent course
- Outbound inbound logistics experience
- Customs in Dubai experience
