Job description / Role
Our client is the Oil and Gas Division of a long established and respected Middle East principal contractor. Due to continued growth, they now require a Logistics Officer to join their team in Qatar.
Duties will include:
- Supervise Renting/owned heavy equipments at all projects, for Oil & Gas and Infrastructure.
- Distribute the boom trucks as per our projects need.
- Ensure that drivers they are fulfill their work at the sites.
- Updating all 3rd party certificates for all tools and equipments and personnel.
- Initiate of all invoices related to/owned/ rented equipments, rented vehicles.
- Ensure gate passes issued for all sites.
- Process online applications escort (Mobilization & demobilization).
- Coordinate with the transportation officer with all sites.
- Monitoring Camps and Accommodations /maintenanceetc.
- Ensure sewage removal/water supplied on time on the site.
- Updating company assets (Tools & machineries). Project assigned.
- Providing a weekly report related to all site facilities.
- Maintaining store records/oversee security over our Yards.
- Supervise Receiving & sending of materials (MTO) Books.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3+ years experience in the similar position
- Skilled in Microsoft Package
- Good communication skills /English is essential
