The Role


The Role

Objective:

Ideal candidate should have some background in Administration, logistics, HR, and an eye for finance or accounts data.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assists the management in administration activities as per assigned. This includes writing and generating reports, statics, researches, letters and memos, emails for the in-house staff as well as for clients and contractors.
- Supervising and carrying out logistic-related assignments indoor and outdoor, including shipping activates, inventory process, quotations acquiring.
- Carrying out filing activities, traveling arrangements for management and staff members.
- Provides assistant on the front desk, reception activities, office supplies and liaise between company’s departments.
- Monitors and counts the company’s stock related to its various activities and keep updated records of the same.

Reporting to : Assistant Managing Director

Number required : 1

Duration : Permanent position

Desired start date : Immediately

Working hours : Sun-Thursday 9am-5:30pm

Requirements


Requirements

- Valid Residency in Kuwait
- Presentable, age not exceeding 27.
- University graduated or Diploma holder.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Minimum 2 years experience in same fields.
- Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and meeting deadlines.
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with vendors and clients.
