The RoleThe RoleOur Client is one KSAs large business conglomerate that operates throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are renowned for their business portfolio which encompasses FMCG, Automotive, Logistics, Retail and Leisure and other division of businesses. They are looking to recruit highly experienced LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER, having an extensive exposure in logistics/transport operations management including 3PL. The successful candidate will manage the transportation, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials, with major focus on Central Saudi Arabia market. Job Overview: Operational management and client satisfaction, through an established team. Planning, budgeting & development of the physical resources. Managing the successful transition to the new Regional Distribution Center. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems. Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand. Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs. Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers. Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills and Qualifications: Minimum 10 years experience in in logistics and transport including 3PL business. FMCG experience is desirable Must have a strong team and service orientation and be effective at all levels of internal and external business relationships, in a multicultural environment. Demonstrates an excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills. Superior Level Communication, Analytical and Management skills. Preference will be given to native Arabic speaking candidates. |
