Salary Dhs 11,000 - 12,000

On behalf of our client, a multinational in Jebel Ali Free Zone, we are recruiting a Logistics/Sales Support Administrator.
You will be responsible for coordinating the supply of products from order processing to the arrival of goods at destination and providing general sales support to the team.
You will verify order detail, order registration, prepare shipments according to import regulations in the country of final destination, issue final invoices and follow up on export documentation and shipment, compile monthly sales forecasts, etc.
You will liaise with customers and assist with queries related to product availability, pricing, shipping, etc.

Requirements


Requirements

Aged up to 35 years, the successful applicant will have at least 4 years experience in a Logistics/Sales Support capacity.
Working knowledge of LC's, banking and international banking and shipping formalities essential.
Good communication and customer service skills essential.
Applicants should be either Western Educated or Arabic or French speaking.
Experience in a multinational company a plus.
